14-Day Money Back Guarantee

If your SD card is defective or incompatible with your vehicle, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team at support@satnavstore.net before returning any items.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Digital downloads (where applicable) are non-refundable once the activation key has been issued.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
